Description

The stabilizer bar, also known as a sway-bar, is a flexible link between the two trailing arms. The bar uses a torsional effect to keep the trike righted, or sitting square to the ground, as much as possible.

The beauty of the stabilizer bar is that when one wheel hits a bump the bar can flex quickly to absorb the movement then return, without putting too much energy through the body of the trike, thus making for a smoother feeling ride.

This is the same technology used in almost every modern vehicle produced today, and we here at ROADSMITH TRIKES manufacture every True Track Stabilizer Bar here in-house to exacting standards.
